By using Ectochat by NoteToServices, LLC (the "Service") you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). NoteToServices reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Service
Ectochat is a P2P chat service that scrambles and anonymizes your identity and the identity of those in the chat with you. 
Your chat does not touch any database nor is it logged through any server. No chats are saved or can be recalled once left. 
Every chat that is opened is a brand new chat.

Privacy
Absolutely no data is collected about you.
